Terms of Service

1. What we provide

Jev AI Dev is an independent resource for learning about the Jev AI model and building with its API. The Playground lets eligible users send structured questions to a third-party model through OpenRouter. We are not TypeSafe AI and do not operate or control its model.

The Site currently offers no paid plan. Playground access is limited and may be changed, paused or withdrawn as the service develops.

2. Your account

Google sign-in is required to use the Playground or submit a project. You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. You may not create accounts or use automation to evade usage limits or security checks. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the Site or other users.

3. Your inputs and model answers

You are responsible for the text and other material you submit. Do not submit confidential, sensitive or personal information unless you have the right to do so and understand that your input will be sent to OpenRouter and its model provider. Do not use the Site for unlawful activity, abuse, or to interfere with its operation.

Model answers can be incomplete or wrong. Review them before using them in an application or making a consequential decision. The Site does not provide medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

4. Project submissions

Submit only project details and links you have the right to share. A submission does not guarantee a listing. We review entries, may edit a public summary for clarity, and may decline or remove an entry. You retain your rights to the submitted material and allow us to display selected project details and links on the Site. We do not claim ownership of linked code or projects.

5. Third-party content and services

Our guides link to external websites, repositories, discussions and videos. Those materials remain the responsibility of their publishers. Google sign-in, Cloudflare security services and OpenRouter model processing are also subject to the relevant providers’ terms and policies.

6. Availability and responsibility

We provide the Site on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular model response, speed or result. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the Site changes. The current version and its update date will appear here. For questions, email [email protected].
